Description of Service
JG Connect provides small businesses with an automated SMS-based communication platform that includes:
- Missed call text-back automation
- AI-powered SMS receptionist responses
- Lead capture and follow-up messaging
- Business contact management tools
The Service is powered by third-party infrastructure including Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (data storage), and Make (automation workflows). SMS messages sent through the Service are conversational and triggered by user inquiries or missed call interactions.
Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident or registered business entity in the United States to use JG Connect. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and current.

By opting in through a JG Connect-powered form or other explicit consent method, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, including missed call follow-ups and conversational responses.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

As a business subscriber using JG Connect, you agree to:

• Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws
• Honor opt-out requests promptly

Subscription, Fees & Payment
JG Connect is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are described at the time of purchase and may be updated with notice.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
Payments are processed securely through third-party processors. We do not store full payment card details.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use JG Connect to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
- Send harassing, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent messages
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or carrier messaging guidelines
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials comprising the JG Connect Service are the exclusive property of JG Web Design or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the content and data you input into the Service. By using JG Connect, you grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not guarantee specific business results, lead generation outcomes, or message delivery rates, as these depend on factors outside our control, including carrier policies and recipient behavior.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JG Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless both parties agree otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
